PacingDesk is the workbench our buying team opens each morning. It pulls yesterday's figures and the current campaign tree out of the ad accounts we operate, restates them in one shared set of definitions, and puts the pause button next to the number that justifies pressing it.
Built for our own team and nobody else. There is no sign-up page, no trial, and no version of this we hand to anyone outside the company.
What it does

One set of definitions
Daily cost, impressions, clicks and conversions land here from every account we've connected, converted into the same units and the same column names. A cost-per-result means one thing across the board, which is what makes two channels worth comparing at all.
The tree behind the number
Results arrive per ad, so PacingDesk keeps the whole hierarchy — campaign, ad group, ad — alongside whether each one is currently running. Any figure on the page can be walked back to the object that produced it without opening a second tab.
Switching delivery on or off
A buyer who has just seen a campaign burn money can halt it here, and start it again later. Turning delivery on or off is the only change PacingDesk ever writes back — budgets, bids, audiences and creatives are edited where they were made, never from this tool.

The morning pass
Before the day's budget is committed, the team reads what yesterday actually cost across every account at once. Anything running far ahead or far behind its plan surfaces in that pass, and whatever is clearly not working gets stopped on the spot.
Looking further back
Imported figures stay with us, so a quarter can be compared to the one before it long after the source platform's own reporting window has rolled past. Everything read this way is aggregate spend and delivery data, kept for our own planning.
