Terms of Use

Last updated: 24 August 2026

PacingDesk is internal software. It exists so our media buying team can read and act on the advertising we run ourselves. It is not a product, it is not for sale, and there is no way for someone outside the company to obtain access to it. These terms cover the people who do have access.

Who may use it

Staff and contractors we have specifically authorised. An administrator creates each account; nobody can register on their own. Sign in as yourself, keep your credentials to yourself, and tell us straight away if you think somebody else has them. Access ends when the person leaves or moves to work that no longer calls for it.

What it may be used for

Reading performance for the advertising accounts this company operates, and starting or stopping delivery within them. Those accounts are reached through the official interfaces the advertising platforms publish, after an administrator of the account has granted permission. That permission carries the platform's own rules with it, and those rules continue to apply here — where they say something stricter than this page does, follow the platform. Permission can be taken back whenever you like, from inside this tool or from the platform itself, and doing so cuts off our access to that account.

What is not allowed

Do not connect an advertising account this company has no business operating. Do not pass what you see here to anyone outside the company unless the law requires it. Do not work around the sign-in, the permission model or the request limits. Do not resell, sublicense or otherwise make a commercial offering out of the tool or the reporting it produces.

Availability

This is an internal tool, offered as it stands. We may change it, take it down for a while, or retire parts of it without notice, and we do not promise it will always be reachable or always be right. The figures in it are copies of what advertising platforms reported to us; they can arrive late or be corrected afterwards, so for anything that touches money the platform's own numbers are the ones that count. If these terms change, the new version appears on this page.
